Our program is designed to provide you with cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training. Our degreed, certified professionals are here to help you reach your fitness goals. We are Balanced MoVement for Life!

We are excited about our new schedule and hope you take advantage of the balance of classes we have to offer.
New to the schedule is:
Yoga Sweat: a hot yoga class on alternating Mondays at 7:10pm
TRX & Row: a circuit of TRX Suspension Training and Rowing on Thursdays at 7:10pm
Barre Circuit: a circuit of weights, resistance bands and the barre on alternating Saturdays at 10:45am
Kid Motion: an active class with music, games, and more!
Tuesdays ages 5-7 and Thursdays ages 8-11 at 4:30pm

One-on-one personal training or Small Group Training (2-4 people) now available to give you that extra kick. Get your body fat assessment, goal setting, and nutritional guidelines set up.
