Welcome to VFit...

Our program is designed to provide you with cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training. Our degreed, certified professionals are here to help you reach your fitness goals. We are Balanced MoVement for Life!

Please excuse our appearence as we update this site.

We are excited about our new schedule and hope you take advantage of the balance of classes we have to offer.
New to the schedule is:
Yoga Sweat: a hot yoga class on alternating Mondays at 7:10pm
TRX & Row: a circuit of TRX Suspension Training and Rowing on Thursdays at 7:10pm
Bella Circuit: a circuit of weights, resistance bands and the barre on alternating Saturdays at 10:45am
Kid Motion: an active class with music, games, and more!
Tuesdays ages 5-7 and Thursdays ages 8-11 at 4:30pm
Please sign up for the next 5-week session!
Returning to the schedule is:
SPINNING with Alex on alternating Mondays at 7:10pm
Mat Pilates on Saturday 9/5 at 10:00am and Wednesday 9/23 at 7:10pm

THUR: 5:30pm Xpress C3, 6:10pm Zumba, 7:10pm TRX
SAT: 9:15am C3, 10:00am Xpress Mat Pilates
