Welcome to VFit...
Our structure is designed to provide you with a balanced workout program so you can maximize your results and reach your fitness goals.
We are not a Zumba studio, SPINNING studio, Yoga studio, or
box-gym.
We are Balanced MoVement for Life!

Kids Fit Camp Coming This Summer!
9:00am-12:00pm Ages 7-11
Cardiovascular Training, Strength Training, Flexibility & Balance Training, Games, Nutrition and more!
Session II: August 4-8
$130 per session
Minimum 6 participants to run the camp.

Important Information:

Please change shoes prior to class. 
No street shoes on studio floor.
Appropriate sneakers are required for all classes.
 Toning sneakers are NOT suitable for any class.
Socks or bare feet for Fitness Yoga.

Class schedule is subject to change. Please check website, Facebook page and voicemail for cancellations and class changes.

New participants should arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time.

Participants under 18 need to have a parent/guardian sign an exercise waiver prior to class.

Please bring water & a towel to classes. If you are taking a Yoga class, please bring a mat if you have one.
