About Studio V Fitness, LLC:

Studio V Fitness, LLC is designed to help bring fun fitness to every body.  Whether you are an exercise veteran or just starting out, we can help you reach your fitness goals.  Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and for varying age groups. We provide a safe, non-intimidating atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy.  Getting in shape doesn't have to be a chore.  Come visit us and let our degreed, certified fitness professionals show you how to have fun while working toward your fitness goals. About the staff:

 

Michelle V Collings has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years and has her MA in Teaching and her BS in Exercise Science.  In addition, Michelle has her ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification (recognized by the American College of Sports Medicine), SPINNING certification, American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications, and is YogaFit, TRX Suspension Training, Zumba, ZumbAtomic, Zumba Gold and Zumba Toning trained.  Along with her fitness background, Michelle has also taught dance for 13 years in the disciplines of tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, and hip-hop.

 

Diana Ferris has been in the fitness industry of over 6 years and has her MS and BS in Exercise Science.  In addition, Diana has her ACSM HFS, ACE Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications.  She is also trained in YogaFit and TRX Suspension Training.

 

Samantha Keltos has been in the fitness industry for over 3 years and has her BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.  She holds certifications in AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer, SPINNING and American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid.  In addition, Sam is also TRX Suspension Training, YogaFit, and Zumba, Zumba Gold, & ZumbAtomic trained.

 

Patricia Lind has been in the fitness industry for years and has danced all her life.  Along with her Zumba, ZumbAtomic, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and Zumba Aqua trainings, Pat also has her AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Certification, and American Heart Association CPR/AED Certifications.

 

Angela Serenson has been in the fitness industry for 20 years and has her BS in Health Promotion.  She also has her AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, SPINNING and American Heart Association CPR/AED certifications and is trained in TRX Suspension Training, Bender Ball, and Gliding.

 

Carlos F Beamonte has been in the fitness industry for over 3 years and has his BS in Exercise Science.  He also has his AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Personal Trainer, SPINNING, and American Red Cross CPR/AED/Frist Aid Certifications.  Carlos is also trained in TRX Suspension Training and Zumba.

 

Nicole Borowski has her ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification and is CPR/AED/First Aid certified. Nicole is also a licensed Zumba Instructor and has completed her TRX Suspension Training group training.

 

Jessica Bubbico has her Group Fitness Instructor Certification through NETA and has her CPR/AED/First Aid certification.  Jess is also a licensed Zumba instructor and has been trained in Yoga and Pilates through Penn State.
