ZUMBA: A latin-inspired dance fitness class using international rhythms. Experience a club-like atmosphere with pumping music, party lights, and fun dance moves.  Keep it low-impact or step it up high.  Join the party and burn those calories!

ZUMBA KICK: Start the class off with great Zumba moves and finish the last 20 minutes with cardio kickbox moves to mix things up.
ZUMBA CORE: All the fun of Zumba with hard core abs to finish off the class!

ZUMBA TONING: Zumba with the addition of 1.5lb Zumba Toning Sticks to increase the intensity.  Lower impact moves with the light weights to give Zumba a whole new feel.

SPINNING: The original indoor cycling program by Johnny G.  Join us for a ride and build your endurance and strength while listening to inspiring music to help you along the way.

SPINflex: A great way to incorporate strength training into your program.  The first half of the class is SPINNING and the second half is strength training using the TRX Suspension Trainers.

SPINyoga: Bring the mind body experience full circle with SPINNING followed by Fitness Yoga.  Work up a sweat and then stretch out.

TRX: A full body strength class using your own body weight with the TRX Suspension Trainer.  Make your body your machine!

FITNESS YOGA: Based on YogaFit principles, this class is a Hatha based vinyasa style yoga.  Improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and posture as well as reduce your stress.
