off with great Zumba moves and finish the last 20 minutes with cardio
kickbox moves to mix things up.

fun of Zumba with hard core abs to finish off the class!

Zumba with the
addition of 1.5lb Zumba Toning Sticks to increase the intensity.
Lower impact moves with the light weights to give Zumba a whole new
feel.
SPINNING:
The original indoor cycling program by Johnny G. Join us for a
ride and build your endurance and strength while listening to inspiring
music to help you along the way.
SPINflex:
A
great way to incorporate strength training into your program. The
first half of the class is SPINNING and the second half is strength
training using the TRX Suspension Trainers.
SPINyoga:
Bring the mind body experience full circle with SPINNING followed by
Fitness Yoga. Work up a sweat and then stretch out.
TRX:
A
full body strength class using your own body weight with the TRX
Suspension Trainer. Make your body your machine!
FITNESS
YOGA:
Based on
YogaFit principles, this class is a Hatha based vinyasa style yoga.
Improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and posture as well as
reduce your stress.
